So what is this?

This self-paced program, “22 Days of Kalyx Therapy,” is designed to help you break free from habits that keep you feeling stuck and unfulfilled. Over 21 days, plus a critical final day of reflection, you’ll engage in daily interventions crafted by a licensed therapist who understands your lived experience. Each day introduces practical exercises rooted in evidence-based therapy, including mindfulness, trauma-informed care, solution-focused strategies, CBT, narrative, and gestalt techniques. The content is built FOR US, BY US, using language and examples that resonate with our community. You’ll learn to identify unhelpful patterns, develop new coping skills, and build habits that support your growth and well-being. This program is inclusive, affirming, and designed to meet you where you are, empowering you to create meaningful change at your own pace. The program goal is whatever you choose it to be! No matter your goal, by the end of the 22 Days of Kalyx Therapy Program you will have enough tools in your personal mental health toolbox to continue with meaningful changes in your life. At the end of the program you may see that there is a lot more work to do with a therapist of your own, or maybe this'll be all you need for the time being. Who knows?! Everyone's different.
